Ancillary to the serviced office facility (plug and play solution), clients have access to 190 square metres of common area space which include boardrooms, training/ meeting rooms, lounge area, reception, kitchenette and restrooms.
Closed office space: Rates are €65 (Tier 4) to €85 (Tier 1) per square metre with offices ranging from 10 to 100 square metres in size.
This rate is based on a minimum agreement of one year. Therefore, an office of 10sqm in Tier 4 would cost you €650 per month + VAT.
This would accommodate one to two persons depending on the amount of space they wish to have.
Clients are given monthly credits (non-cumulative and non-transferable) in line with the closed space (SQM) they take up. These credits would be enough to ensure reasonable (normal) use of the board room, training/meeting rooms and the lounge area.


Spaces can be booked through our online booking system or through reception. Should our clients require more credits, these can be topped up at half the rate (50%) charged to non-subscribers. We use this method of pricing to ensure that all our tenants can utilise the space in a fair and reasonable manner.
