This floor has an area of 690 square meters which can be extended with a mezzanine floor for an additional
200 square meters.
Permit for construction of an open plan office on this level is already in hand. Construction dates are subject
to negotiations.
€ 128 per square meter per annum.
The above rental prices per floor include:
Electricity (25 light points and 20 plugs) (light fittings not included), bathrooms, plastering and painting of
walls, floor tiles, soffit, air conditioner – VRF outdoor unit 24 hp plus 7 a/c ceiling units. Partitions not
included. All façade windows are double glazed.
In all cases guaranteed rent period is of a minimum of 6 years.
