The monthly all-inclusive fee covers rent, service charge, taxes, maintenance, repairs, utilities, cleaning, building insurance, set-up and activation fees, telephone sets with dedicated telephone lines, internet and wifi, access to the fully stocked self-service kitchen and also reception duties. The only exclusions are consumables such as phone calls, photocopies, coffee and advanced technology.

One can move offices / combine offices at any time during the agreement, depending solely on availability. One may also make use of a free-to-use Community Meeting Room apart from the Meeting Room facilities. Requests for dedicated IT bandwidth can also be met.
